Lottie Dottie Two-tone dress is very reminiscent of an early 70s Biba design....love it!  The bodice is detailed with leg o'mutton sleeves and a sexy peek-a-boo back.  Minimizing high waistband comes to an inverted V. The skirt is flared with two contrasting patch pockets on front. Back zip and buttons. ERA:  Early 1970's. LABEL:  No tags.  SIZE:  Medium, about an 8.  Shoulders 17", chest up to 38", waist 29", hips up to 45, bodice length 17",  skirt length 26". FABRIC:  Satin feels like rayon. CONDITION:  Excellent!  No holes, stains or discolorations.
