Cloud 9 Tulle dress flows like a dream.  There are scattered rhinestones throughout the dress to make it even more enchanting.  Fitted bodice has a ruffled bust and it is lightly boned.  Three ply full skirt has yards and yards of netting. It is made with a petticoat in mind (not included).  Fully lined, back metal zip. ERA: 1950's DESIGNER: Clifton Wilhite SIZE: Small, about a 4 to 6.
