Trivia Fact: Before Mr. Blackwell became one of the most famous fashion critics, he had a very successful clothing line. Most of his designs were utterly feminine. This soft watercolor print of blooming posies is a great example. Detailed with a square front and back neckline. Long back zipper meets a cute bow on top. The skirt is designed so cleverly with 3 different tiered panels. Fully lined and perfectly darted.
