Certain to Charm This hat is striking from every angle.  Front of hat has a ruffled brim and the top of crown is intertwined with  netting and ostrich plumes.  Finished with a charming little bow on back. LABEL:  No label. ERA:  1940's SIZE:   Inside circumference 19". FABRIC:  Wool felt, feathers, and netting. COLOR:  Brown and yellow. CONDITION:  The plum stem has some coloring chipped off (please see last photo).  Other than that,  there are no holes, stains, or discolorations.
