ERA: 1940's SIZE: Headband measures 11" x 3" FABRIC: Wool felt and feathers - I'm not sure what kind of feathers but they are very wispy and measure about 3 inches long...possibly egret. COLOR: Cobalt blue and black CONDITION: It is in amazing vintage condition. No holes, stains, or discolorations.
