All clothing is READY TO WEAR! All vintage items have been either laundered, dry cleaned, and repaired if needed. One of my main aims is to give you an accurate representation of all merchandise. "As is" items will always be described in detail in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. BVC is a clean and non-smoking environment.

PAYMENT
Click on order button and pick your choice of payment.
* Charge it through PayPal for faster service.
*Mail your payment. We will hold your item for 7 days. Cashiers Check & Money Order's welcomed. Personal US checks accepted but please anticipate a two week waiting period for deposit and check to clear.
* We will notify you confirming your order as soon as possible. Our email is checked at least twice daily.

SALES TAX
If you live in California, 8.5% sales tax will be added to your total amount.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days.
All packages are sent USPS First Class (most economical) with tracking #. The cost for most domestic shipping  will be $4.00 to $10.00.
Need it now! No problem. Just let us know and we'll Express it for you. We can also insure packages and send priority mail. Of course postage will be extra.

International Shipping - We are always excited to send our merchandise around the globe .  All International shipping is automatically sent USPS First Class. Most International shipping takes about 7 to 10 days for delivery. Please note that First Class shipping does not include tracking #. Priority International shipping with tracking # is available but postal costs will double in price. If you prefer Priority over First Class mail please let us know upon check out. Customers are responsible for import taxes. On a rare occasion packages are delayed in customs and there is no way of knowing on our end. It's always best to check with your local post office. 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
*Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us immediately by email or phone and simply return within 10 days of RECEIPT for an exchange, credit or refund.
*Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage. So please shop carefully.
*Once return is received, we will refund your PayPal account. If you paid with money order, cashiers check, or personal check we will mail you a store check. You will then be emailed with refund status.
*All returns subject to inspection. We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in the same condition in which it was mailed to you along with original tags. We have the right to refuse tampered items.
